Return Policy

We inspect every item before it ships, but if your diecast arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Carmobilemotors@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.

Because these are collectible items in limited quantities, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. Preorder deposits are non-refundable once the manufacturer's order window has closed, since our order quantities are locked in with the manufacturer at that point.

Sold-out and limited items (1 of 1, etc.) are sold as-is and are non-returnable given their limited availability.
