Welcome to Carmob Diecast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Carmob Diecast is operated out of San Antonio, Texas, selling diecast collectibles direct to collectors.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of listing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product availability, or discontinue any item at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated otherwise.

3. Preorders

Some items are sold as preorders ahead of arrival from the manufacturer. Placing a preorder reserves your unit(s) at the listed price. Estimated arrival dates ("ETA") are provided by the manufacturer and are estimates only — actual arrival may vary and is outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays we become aware of. Preorder payments may become non-refundable once our order with the manufacturer is locked in, as stated on the applicable product page or Return Policy.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, and will issue a full refund for any order we cancel.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. For preorder items, shipping is invoiced separately once the item arrives, as described on the applicable product page.

7. Limited Quantities and Collectibles

Many items sold are limited-run or one-of-a-kind collectibles. Once sold, we cannot guarantee availability of the same item again. We are not responsible for secondary market value or resale price of any item purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Carmob Diecast or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (including but not limited to Hot Wheels, Kaido House, Mini GT, and vehicle manufacturer marks) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only; Carmob Diecast is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carmob Diecast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
